Our apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a terrace next to the living room with a view of the garden. In the colder months, the sides of the terrace can be closed, so that this space can be enjoyed.

The master bedroom has a 180cm bed, a small balcony, a smart TV with Chromecast, an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, bathroom furniture, toilet and bidet. The second bedroom has a 150cm bed and a small balcony. The third bedroom has 2 separate beds that can be joined into 1 bed.

There is air conditioning and heating in all bedrooms, as well as in the living room. In the living room there is a smart TV with Chromecast.

The apartment is located at the main entrance of Roda Golf, near the clubhouse and within walking distance of Señorío de Roda, where you will find several restaurants, a hairdresser, bars and a small supermarket. Furthermore, you have everything nearby that you need for a nice holiday: Supermarkets, shops, the beach, restaurants,... The large shopping center 'La Zenia Boulevard' is a 20-minute drive away.

We recommend renting a car, unless you like to take a good walk or cycle. There is an underground parking lot with a private space in the basementfloor in the apartment.

About the host

Hi,

we are Steven, Andy and our dog André. In 2022 we moved to Spain and both sold our business in Belgium. Steven is keyholder in Spain, Andy works as a real estate agent in Spain and Andre is a professional sleeper.

We rent out our holiday house (2 bedrooms) in Senorio de Roda and our apartment (3 bedrooms) in Roda Golf close to the main entrance for a nice holiday. We are available for you during your stay, as we live very close.
